Delivery Information

• Delivery times: We use First Class post and aim to dispatch all orders within two working days (excluding weekends). Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
• Remote areas: For the Scottish Highlands & Islands or other British Isles, Next Day Delivery is not available. Delivery usually takes at least 2 days.
• Urgent orders: Registered and Next Day Delivery services are available for urgent orders. Please order before 11:00am, Monday to Thursday.
• Larger orders: These are dispatched via courier and will require a signature on delivery.

Christmas Hours

We close for two weeks over the Christmas period. While we continue to deliver during this time, please expect longer delivery times. We will inform customers of any delays whenever possible.

Returns

We want you to be delighted with your handcrafted piece from Wentworth Pewter. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a full refund or replacement. Please contact us before returning your item, and ensure this is done within 28 days of placing your order.

Repairs

If your pewter item is damaged, we may be able to repair it. Contact us for a quote or to arrange a repair.

Note: We cannot offer Next Day Delivery to the Scottish Highlands & Islands or other islands within the British Isles—delivery typically takes at least 2 days.

Delivery Rates

EU Orders: For all orders delivered to EU countries, local VAT will be charged prior to delivery. This will be collected by the courier and is in addition to the purchase price.
