Delivery times: We use First Class post and aim to dispatch all orders within two working days (excluding weekends). Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
Remote areas: For the Scottish Highlands & Islands or other British Isles, Next Day Delivery is not available. Delivery usually takes at least 2 days.
Urgent orders: Registered and Next Day Delivery services are available for urgent orders. Please order before 11:00am, Monday to Thursday.
Larger orders: These are dispatched via courier and will require a signature on delivery.

Returns

We want you to be delighted with your handcrafted piece from Wentworth Pewter. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a full refund or replacement. Please contact us before returning your item, and ensure this is done within 28 days of placing your order.

If your pewter item is damaged, we may be able to repair it. Contact us for a quote or to arrange a repair.

EU Orders: For all orders delivered to EU countries, local VAT will be charged prior to delivery. This will be collected by the courier and is in addition to the purchase price.

Ordered a quaich with a diagram taken from a photograph. The diagram was previewed before use. Item was delivered very promptly. Very good supplier and was great and easy to deal with. Highly recommended.

Purchased a beautiful celtic design quaich. Delivery service was amazing. Ordered in the evening and the item was dispatched early the following morning and that was including engraving. Delighted with the purchase and the service. Beautiful quaich and very good value.

The team were great to deal with! I wanted 2x custom made 2 pint tankard with lids, a curved handle, the banding that was available on a 1 pint tankard and an antique finish. They made it very easy to communicate what I wanted, and fulfilled my needs perfectly! There was no stamp size available for a 2 pint banding, but offered for me to have it engraved for me on top of the design I wanted enhraved. They rushed to get the order underway before Christmas, and the manufacturer and shipment was super quick! The combination of the antique finish with the engraving of the band and design I gave makes the engraving look like its glowing under the right light angle. Very cool! On top of that, the majority of the packaging was biodegradable, apart from a foam sheet wrapping the tankard for safety, the rest of the packing and taping was completely compostable. Ver happy with my purchase thank you!
