- Delivery times: We use First Class post and aim to dispatch all orders within two working days (excluding weekends). Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
- Remote areas: For the Scottish Highlands & Islands or other British Isles, Next Day Delivery is not available. Delivery usually takes at least 2 days.
- Urgent orders: Registered and Next Day Delivery services are available for urgent orders. Please order before 11:00am, Monday to Thursday.
- Larger orders: These are dispatched via courier and will require a signature on delivery.

Returns

Repairs
If your pewter item is damaged, we may be able to repair it. Contact us for a quote or to arrange a repair.

EU Orders: For all orders delivered to EU countries, local VAT will be charged prior to delivery. This will be collected by the courier and is in addition to the purchase price.
A colleague at work is due to retire and is partial to a drop of red wine so we decided to get him a wine goblet to go with a case of red wine.
I already own a Georgian style beer tankard from Wentworth so I knew the quality of their products. I ordered the goblet, along with the required engraving at 10 o’clock on a Tuesday. By 1 o’clock the same day it had been dispatched and it arrived the follow day. You can’t ask for better service than that.
The goblet is absolutely beautiful and looks far more expensive than it was. Only criticism I have is £20 for a gift box seemed a bit steep but otherwise very happy with the item and the service from Wentworth.
