- Urgent orders: Registered and Next Day Delivery services are available for urgent orders. Please order before 11:00am, Monday to Thursday.
- Larger orders: These are dispatched via courier and will require a signature on delivery.

I am exceptionally happy with my purchase of two beautiful Pewter Tankards! One was a fun standard option and one was custom engraved. Jayne supported my questions before I placed an order, and made the suggestion to request a proof before the engraving was completed. They were quick to provide the proof after my order was submitted, everything looked good, and they were shipped within a couple of days. I was very surprised to receive my order so quickly, especially being located in USA, and everything was packaged well. The speed and secure packaging made it worth the shipping fee. I had some follow up concerns which were answered and resolved in under 2 business days. I am very happy with choosing AR Wentworth over other options I found online, and will be recommending them to my friends. Definitely worth the price for this quality and excellent customer support! I wish more companies still had quality customer service like this!

Hi, On 18/11/25 having searched for a suitable baptism tankard for our grandson in Australia we contacted A R Wentworth by phone.
The person we spoke to was very helpful, answered all our queries and so the beautiful pewter tankard was ordered with the recipients name, date and time of birth, weight at birth.
Knowing post to Australia can be very slow we were surprised the tankard was delivered to the recipients home on 24/11/2025 at 10.10 A.M..
Parents of the grandchild are delighted with the beaautiful tankard.
From beginning to end this was handled in a very professional way.
