- Delivery times: We use First Class post and aim to dispatch all orders within two working days (excluding weekends). Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
- Remote areas: For the Scottish Highlands & Islands or other British Isles, Next Day Delivery is not available. Delivery usually takes at least 2 days.
- Urgent orders: Registered and Next Day Delivery services are available for urgent orders. Please order before 11:00am, Monday to Thursday.
- Larger orders: These are dispatched via courier and will require a signature on delivery.

Returns
We want you to be delighted with your handcrafted piece from Wentworth Pewter. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a full refund or replacement. Please contact us before returning your item, and ensure this is done within 28 days of placing your order.
Repairs
If your pewter item is damaged, we may be able to repair it. Contact us for a quote or to arrange a repair.
Note: We cannot offer Next Day Delivery to the Scottish Highlands & Islands or other islands within the British Isles—delivery typically takes at least 2 days.

Seamless process! I ordered an engraved christening cup from Wentworth and was most impressed with the amazingly patient customer service and the attention to detail throughout (which involved three proofs before engraving went ahead). Your company and staff are nothing short of excellent.
I phoned on a Friday needing a present for my wife on the following Monday and it was delivered to me and engraved by the folliwng day, Saturday. Hows that for service !!. The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful, gave good advice and helped me make my decision.
I purchased a Loving Cup / Quaich it is beautiful thank you and has pride of place in our dining room.
